Transformers Revenge of the Fallen
I loved this film. It was action from start to finish and some of the characters were brilliant, mostly the twins, I loved the twins. I was laughing for most of the film and although the plot was a little predictable it was still really good.
I'd give it a 8/10.
Now, back to the boring bit where I complain about my life for a bit :P
I had some trouble sleeping last night so I'm not in the best of moods right now, didn't get to sleep until around 4am and then I woke up at 7am. 3 hours of sleep is definitely not enough for me. And on top of that I'm still not feeling all that great, granted I haven't taken my pill that I'm supposed to take whenever I wake up so that my anxiety doesn't make me feel ill...I think I'll do that in a second. I've switched my blog writing around a little and decided to write this one as soon as I woke up instead of before I went to bed so I'll be keeping this blog post open all day and writing in it as I watch films or whatever and then I'll publish it before I go to bed, I think this system will work better for me.
I've got a few new films lined up for watching today which I'm semi-excited about. None of them really make me want to watch them right now so I probably won't watch them until I've had something to eat and actually gotten out of my bed. (Yes, I know it's almost 2pm but I like lying in my bed, it's warm and comfy, plus my laptop is sitting next to it so I don't need to move anywhere to get the internet :)) Man, I'm really lazy. I blame having nothing to do with my days. I'm totally rambling now because I'm trying to put off getting up XD
...
Alright, I'm finally up and I've started watching the films I had planned for today so here's the basic breakdown of them.
1. Gamer
Quite an interesting film. The idea behind it intrigued me but it was mostly the actors who were in the film that made me want to see it. It's not a great film but it's not bad, it held my interest but that was again mostly due to the actors in it. My favourite moment in the whole film was a scene with Michael C. Hall about 3/4 of the way through the film. Anyone who knows me and watches this film will know the scene when they see it, all I'm saying is I never thought I'd see Dexter dancing lik that ;)
I'd give it a 6.5/10.
2. The Maiden Heist
This is a good film, funny from start to finish. It's a feel good film that made me smile. Nothing else to say.
I'd give it a 8/10.
3. A Perfect Getaway
This film has kind of a slow start to it but the suspence builds around halfway through. Unfortunately not a lot happens, it's a bit of an anti-climax. The plot's a little confusing at times and at other times it's plain boring. The ending was a little lame but I don't think it was entirely predictable.
I'd give it a 5/10.
4. Inglourious Basterds
I found this film to be quite boring. It really didn't appeal to me at all and there's not a lot else I can say about it.
I'd give it a 2/10.
